General Service — £75
Our General Service is a comprehensive check, torque, tune and safety inspection.
Ideal for bikes that are serviced once or twice a year.
- All components checked for wear
- Full nut and bolt safety check, with critical bolts torqued to specification
- Drivetrain and chain lubricated
- Full gear and brake adjustment
- Gear hanger alignment (if required)
- Tyre pressures set to the correct level
- Headset adjusted and tightened
- Seatpost removed and re-greased
- Test ride
Parts not included.
Full Service — £150
This service is for bikes that need additional attention beyond a routine service.
- All aspects of the General Service
- Wheels trued
- Drivetrain fully de-greased and cleaned
- New cables, chain or cogs fitted with no additional labour charge
Parts not included.
Better Than New — £250
For when you want your non-suspension bike restored to its original condition.
A full strip-down rebuild where every bearing and cable is removed, deep-cleaned, then rebuilt and tuned.
Please get in touch for bikes with suspension and/or dropper seatposts, as service options vary depending on make, model and year.

E-Bike Diagnostics & Software Updates
We offer professional diagnostics and firmware updates for electric bikes, carried out by Bosch- and Shimano-trained technicians using official diagnostic tools.
Diagnostics allow us to check system health, identify fault codes, update firmware and ensure your motor, battery and display are communicating correctly. This is often the first step in resolving issues such as error messages, power drop-outs or unusual behaviour.
Regular software updates can also improve performance, reliability and compatibility, helping to keep your e-bike running smoothly and safely.
Shimano or Bosch e-bike diagnostics and firmware updates – £35
Shimano Di2 or SRAM AXS updates and diagnostics – £25
Individual Repairs & Labour-Only Pricing
We also offer individual repairs and labour-only work for common jobs. If you’re unsure what your bike needs, we’re always happy to advise.

- Wheel truing – £25
- Standard puncture repair (including tube) – £20
- Tubeless conversion – from £25 per wheel
All prices are for labour only and exclude the cost of parts.
